Warranty and Return/Exchange Policy Explanation

I. Warranty Policy

Our store provides a specific warranty service only for the fitness ab roller. The terms are as follows:

• Warranty Period: You will enjoy a three-month (90 days) warranty period starting from the date you receive the fitness ab roller.
• Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, if the product experiences failure or functional anomalies due to inherent quality issues (excluding man-made damage, improper use, or force majeure), you may apply for warranty service through customer service. We will provide repair or part replacement services based on the actual situation (subject to customer service evaluation).
• Exclusions: Issues caused by man-made damage, improper use (such as exceeding the product's weight capacity, not following the usage instructions), unauthorized disassembly/modifications, or force majeure (such as fires, earthquakes, shipping damage, etc.) are not covered under the warranty.

II. Other Products Return/Exchange Policy

Apart from the fitness ab roller, all other products in our store (including decorative baskets, decorative bottles, decorative candles, under-desk pedal exercisers, coasters, bottle openers, hanging bags, storage baskets, jewelry boxes, and other home décor, small fitness equipment, creative daily necessities, and storage items) do not come with a warranty service. III. After-Sales Service Instructions

• Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (UTC+8:00). Messages left outside of working hours will be replied to promptly on the next business day.
• Order Information: You can contact customer service to edit/change order information within 12 hours of placing an order. Orders with available stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and actual delivery time is 5-7 business days.
• After-Sales Application: When applying for warranty or return/exchange, please retain the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase to facilitate quick verification and processing by customer service.
